Our Story
Acme IT Staffing was founded in 2013 by John Smith, a veteran of the IT staffing and managed services industry. Frustrated by the lack of specialized staffing firms catering to MSPs, John set out to create a better model.
With over 20 years of experience recruiting and managing technical talent, John built Acme IT from the ground up to address the unique staffing challenges facing managed service providers today. From finding niche skillsets to rigorous vetting and training, Acme IT invests heavily in our recruiting process and talent management.
Headquartered in Chicago, Acme IT has expanded across the US and now maintains a distributed workforce of IT professionals ready for rapid deployment. Our account managers partner closely with clients to become an extension of their team. We combine our deep understanding of MSP operations with our talent expertise to deliver ideal solutions.
